Requirements gathering
Our TechOps managers will work with your team to help identify IT opportunities like: outdated technologies, compliance gaps, staffing augmentation, and process deficiencies
Scoping / Planning
We will work with your stakeholders to get these needs down on paper and explore viable options to provide the best value to price ratio
Proposal / Pricing
Once the scope is well-defined, we will work out a proposal for review and make sure that everyone is happy with the proposed solution
Staffing / Requisitioning/ Configuration
With an approved plan in place, it is time to ramp up people and equipment. We can generally pre-configure the solution in our SJ office for quick on-site deployment and less downtime
Project Implementation/ Installation / Testing
Our crackerjack team of experts will come in and execute the plan. We pride ourselves on top-notch customer service and taking the pains out of IT
Post-deployment/ Ongoing Support / Retainer
After the project has been completed we will monitor any new or changed hardware plus our TechOps manager will be in frequent communication with stakeholders to make sure the solution is addressing their needs
Continual Process Improvement / Feedback loop
Sometimes things will change during the course of the engagement so we will constantly be reviewing results and feedback to see where adjustments needs to be made., always working in conjunction with your internal resources to make sure needs are met
