Once the scope is well-defined, we will work out a proposal for review and make sure that everyone is happy with the proposed solution

Staffing / Requisitioning/ Configuration

With an approved plan in place, it is time to ramp up people and equipment. We can generally pre-configure the solution in our SJ office for quick on-site deployment and less downtime

Project Implementation/ Installation / Testing

Post-deployment/ Ongoing Support / Retainer
