KDI has impacted my professional growth by giving me many opportunities to learn and work on a project for something I’ve never done before. Each of these opportunities allows me to grow my skill set and knowledge. Working at KDI is great. I really enjoy how welcoming everyone is especially being a relatively new member of the team. I’m still learning along the way and everyone is accommodating to that.I feel empowered everytime that I am able to solve a user’s request and close out a ticket. For me, knowing that I was able to help the client and fix their problem is a good feeling to have. KDI offers a welcoming and fun workplace.
